Job Overview
At HAI4M, we develop and support advanced robotic and sensor-based rehabilitation devices that enhance the quality of patient rehabilitation worldwide. As our team expands, we are seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist who is passionate about modern technologies, working with state-of-the-art medical equipment, and operating in an international environment. The Clinical Applications Specialist will implement and advance the Clinical Applications department strategy. This position requires a significant amount of travelling internationally (up to 60%).
Responsibilities
Conduct clinical device trainings at customer sites
Planning, organization and coordination of clinical device trainings with external instructor network
Instructor network management (recruitment, assessment, education, certification, controlling, support, follow-up)
Perform product demonstrations
Assist sales and marketing team, pre- and post-sales support
Provide support (helpdesk) for clinical questions from existing customers
Conduct, organize, and support user meetings and/or workshops
Analyze and report on customer feedback
Qualifications
Good understanding of the (neurological) rehabilitation field
(para-)medical background related to physical (neurological) rehabilitation: physiotherapist, occupational therapist, sport scientist, …
Experience as a teacher, mentor, and in execution of clinical trainings
Strong teaching skills required
Willingness to travel frequently abroad for work (up to 60% of working time)
Ability to quickly and independently resolve challenges in a professional manner
Strong team player with great organization and multi-tasking skills
Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills
Self-motivation and the ability to independently coordinate your own work
Very strong command of the English language, additional languages are an advantage
IT literate in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Category B driver license
