10) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL HAI4M (OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAI4M’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 (OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY LAW, IF GREATER).

14) Governing law; venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, excluding conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
15) Export and sanctions compliance
You may not use the Site in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national/resident of any restricted jurisdiction, and are not on any prohibited or restricted party list.
16) Miscellaneous
• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction.
• Entire agreement: These Terms (plus Privacy/Cookie Policies) are the entire agreement regarding Site use.
